You will receive a warm Yorkshire welcome at Rose Cottage Farm where adequate off road parking is provided.  Outside there is a shared patio area and secluded lawn.

We are now following any ongoing Government advice regarding Covid. We provide towels and Sanitisation and are keeping to 72 hours between guests. Full week stays include a welcome pack.  Briar has a Superking bed, Bramble has a King sized bed.  We curently don't have any laundry facilities on site, but hand washed garments can be hung out to dry, or for those visitors on long stays items can be sent out for laundering.

Well behaved dogs are allowed at extra charge but please speak to the owners first to confirm booking and charge. We have a maximum limit of 2 dogs, not to be allowed on furniture or beds. We also request that dog owners please bring their own pet towels as the cottages are fully carpeted.

Rose Cottage is also home to a number of rare breeds, including Herdwick Sheep.  You may also be lucky enough to see our Sheep dogs at work!!
